I created Strong Mum to be able to help women just like you: mums to be who want to be as healthy & strong as possible throughout pregnancy, and new mums who want to get their bodies & their self-confidence back and start feeling strong and sexy again!

My passion for health & fitness started eight years ago and changed my life completely. Little did I know that motherhood would flip that on the head and change it even more!
